General Policy
Completed donations are generally not cancellable merely because a donor changes their mind. Genuine payment errors may nevertheless be reviewed.
Eligible Review & Request
Duplicate, accidental, clearly incorrect or promptly reported unauthorised transactions may be reviewed. Please provide the receipt/reference number, transaction ID, amount, date, reason and supporting evidence.
Refund Method
Approved refunds should ordinarily be returned through the original payment route where feasible and lawful. Processing times depend on banks and payment providers. Related statutory records may need correction where applicable.
